Marketing, Reservation, and Creative Manager
MAP Maison is on the search for a talented and well-presented candidate for our upcoming new restaurant and boutique hotel which will open under the name La Bibliotheque.
La Bibliotheque is situated between Shoreditch and Dalston and the cuisine is Mediterranean with Japanese inspiration. Plates are made using premium fresh raw ingredients with influences from Japanese cuisine and culture in different angels such as preparation, presentation, flavours and ingredients. The menu have a subtle balance between classic and experimental dishes. Additionally, there will be selected plates paired with a range of premium sake and wine.

Bartender / Bar Supervisor
MAP Maison is on the search for a talented and well-presented Bartender. MAP Maison is a cocktail bar situated between Shoreditch and Dalston specialising in Japanese whisky, cocktails and small plates.
The right candidate is expected to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm to provide five-star service to all our guests. This position will suit a social person whose main drive is to provide an excellent and memorable experience for all guests.The management team will give you all tools necessary to constantly develop yourself.

Waitress/Bar Staff
MAP Maison is on the search for a talented and well-presented waitress/waiter with 2-3 years previous experience. MAP Maison is a cocktail bar situated between Shoreditch and Dalston specialising in Japanese whisky, cocktails and small plates.
The right candidate is expected to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm to provide five-star service to all our guests. This position will suit a social person whose main drive is to provide an excellent and memorable experience for all guests. The management team will give you all tools necessary to constantly develop yourself but we are searching for a candidate that holds solid experience in this line of work, references will be required.
